DX4WIN can do both. Writelog has found ways to interface to both K6STI 
RITTY and MMTTY decoders.  I suspect with a little effort on Paul's part, 
he could do the same.  It's not the same as supporting a RTTY decoder, just 
interfacing to an existing decoder via an API.
