[Dx4win] Frequency entry in DX4WIN

I agree Will...   I have tried it and no luck...  Is it only in Contest mode
that it works??  Mine is a Kenwood TS-950SDX and it works great with DX4WIN in
every other way...  

What are we doing wrong??
