[Dx4win] Radio timeouts?

Paul... the same thing happens with my 781... at one time it was a real
problem.... but doesn't dx4win have a retry now... I don't have the program
in front of me at work... but Paul made some changes quite a while back in
ver 5.03 that very much reduces the problem... are you running 5.03?

Seems to me it still happens.... but only very very rarely... and it happens
I'm changing frequency a lot... i.e. spinning the dial...

I hope Paul revisits the whole radio control routine next release... it's
the only program that has ever had problems with my radio. (it's pretty good
now since he patched it up) He needs to support the Icoms in C-IV
"tranceive" mode also... gives much faster near real-time update of the
radio info... and avoids problems with the newer Icom accessories that
require the "transceive" mode enabled... I wish Icom had given this mode
another name... it's confusing to those not familiar with it's operation...
it means the radio emits automatically a data packet when mode or frequency
is changed.... but the logging program has to read the data asyncronously...
this is where Dx4Win is having a problem it seems...
