[Dx4win] UPDATED IOTA - AWARD & QSLMANAGERS DATABASES are on my webpages

there was no update from the QSL MANAGER ADDRESS list
only QSLMANAGERS, IOTA and AWARD file.
I now there are still mistakes or wrong addresses in the database
but it takes TIME to work this out (there hasn't been a update in log time),
and if people move places AM I responsible for that ?
BTW I can not trace any email from you telling me that you are moved
and told me to correct this in the database like others did.
