[Dx4win] IOTA update AS165

Here is update for DX4WIN5.03 IOTA Island data of present
XY0TA DXpedition to APAW-YE KYUN Island.
I not have info that IOTA HQ accept this operation, but
if dx4win users want - here is IOTA update.
You need copy island data and save as text file ,for
example,"IOTA.txt"
Then add it to DX4WIN usual way:File|Databases|IOTA
then
File|Import IOTA Data|open "IOTA.txt"
Then SAY "NO" (VERY IMPORTANT SAY - NO!!!!)
then OK and SAVE&EXIT.
You can use DX4win manual for update of course.

update
