[Dx4win] Problems with XP Conversion

Hello Stu,
I had exactly the same problem few months ago. You need to install FULL
version of Windows XP, not upgrade.
See my post from 10th Jan 2002:

After few days of trying to made work radio and DX4WIN (I installed all XP
supported drivers, reinstalled DX4WIN, etc) I formatted hard drive and

So, if you plan to install Windows XP my suggestion is do not make upgrade
from previous operating system, but make new FULL instalation."
