[Dx4win] Contest Name in "Notes for this QSO" field?

I know there have been numerous conversations about this, but now I can't
find them in either the archives or the many notes I've printed and kept.
 Can someone forward or point me to  the "code" character that one inputs
in the field to have the contest (group name) automatically inserted in
the "Notes for this QSO" field?  Many thanks.  (I already have
instructions for editing the ADIF file, but I'm looking for an easier
method.)
