[Dx4win] Do these prefixes need changing and comparing ARRL and DX4WIN reports?

Just go into the Countries Database and change the "Prefix" field on the
first screen ("Details") for each country in question. Make sure to
"Country -> Update" before moving on to the next country. Then save and
exit after all the changes have been made and updated.

This is just the "name" of the primary prefix, it doesn't adversely affect
your mappings or country totals whatsoever. In other words, if UA1OIL is
mapped to 4K2 before the change, it will automatically be mapped to R1FJ
after the change.

Note that if you try to merge a new DX4WIN.CTY from the next DX4WIN
release, this will probably create duplicate entries in your database
because the primary prefix won't match any more.

I too would like to see this change to match the ARRL DXCC list. The ARRL
makes mistakes, it's easier to find/fix them if both lists were in the same
order.
