[Dx4win] SB16 Soundcard & PSK31 Error

I have been using an old SoundBlaster 16 for years and don't have a problem
with PSK31...maybe a setup issue with having the two cards installed and
interaction between them? Just a thought but I don't think it's the card.
Mine has to be at least 3 if not four years old in my shack computer.
