Pete,
I suggest you actually measure what amp load your 200 watt supply is using to 
determine what the actual wattage is being consumed.  It may vary a little 
when more devices are running all at the same time but a good steady state 
will work.

Once you know that wattage, then if it is under 150 watts, you might assume 
your second computer is going to use about the same draw.  Then you could 
probably use both computers at the same time on the one UPS.  Suspect the 
300VA is going to allow a few more watts on a quick peak which is what is 
going to happen whenever a UPS kicks on.

Else I think you will need more capacity.  

If the monitor is also plugged into the UPS then you forgot something.
My 600 watt UPS works great with two workstations and a monitors.
