[Dx4win] Prob with program startup

DX4Win will only allow one version to run at a time and it's
possible that there is an entry in the task table for a
non-running version of the program.  

Try this.  Do a CTRL-ALT-DEL and see if there is a version of the
program in the task table.  It's possible that something happened
the last time that you had the program running and ended it.  If
you find a version running, highlight it and click END TASK. 
This will clear, what may be a non-running version of, the DX4Win
tag from the table.  It's possible that you might loose some data
from the log if it hasn't been properly saved.

Or, you can shut down and restart the PC.  This will give you a
clean task table.
