[Dx4win] Troubles getting started

I am having the same trouble with my Icom 756 Pro-II.  I can receive fine,
but can't send.  I think it may be related to directing the DX4Win to go
thru  my sound card and not thru a com port, but have not figured out yet
how to do that.
