[Dx4win] Packet spots won't post?

Check to see if you have packet spots from 12/31/02 in your window, or if you
have spots from late in the day on April 2 (i.e. in the future).  I had to
delete a whole bunch of spots this morning because they had the wrong date.  
Once I did this, new spots went into the window at the bottom.
