[DX] Correction to OPDX.1252

ERROR IN OPDX.1252. There was an error in OPDX.1252 under SILENT KEY.
Editor must of mixed the callsigns up. Please change to read:

SILENT KEY. OPDX was informed that Jerry Fiore, N4JF, from Birmingham,
Alabama, KY, became a Silent Key (SK) on February 2nd. OPDX and its
readers send out our deepest sympathy to the family and friends of N4JF.
