[DX] [50mhz] PJ76 QSL arrived today!

I would agree 100% one should not spot on the DX Cluster Network receipt
of a QSL card.  For several reasons.  The spotting network is set up to
alert others that a certain station is QRV.  Meaning you have a chance
to work it.  The DX Cluster Network is now connected to several mapping
programs showing spots.  We all like it when we get a QSL card and are
excited when it is a new one.  If you absolutely have to let everyone
else know, why not post on the QSL reflector or if need be as an
announce on the cluster, not a spot.  It's not good etiquette to spot
the QSL as a DX station currently on the air!

In the past I would just do a DX cluster spot saying the cards are in
the mail & I received one. Not any more. You run afoul of the self
appointed cluster cops. These cretins pounce on  anything that  doesn't
fit their rule book. Sometimes they shoot first & never ask questions. 
Recently  one e mailed me accusing  me of spotting  a non station. The
spot was was something like: P5AA 14000 pse  210-00. This guy has
software so that he gets allerts if anything he needs comes on. So he
actually had to go to the shack & check it out. Imagine that. Only
problem  was I didn't send it. This guy got the wrong spot in his
excitement to pull the law breaker to the curb. His e mail hinted I
should brush up on DXing skills  before I used the cluster. Gee I have
359 countries confirmed. In 2000 I had the "clean sweep'' but a QTH move
cost me the P5. Guess I should brush up some more.Or maybe he could send
me one of his invisable rule books.
Wonder if he's the same guy that spots  sports score when his team wins
some championship. Is there a rule  number in the non book I could read?
