[DX] C21DL QSLs

[N3XX]

Sent my card to him in March of this year - $3 & sae.  Received qsl from him 
in August.

He hasn't been at home for at least part of the time since you sent your 
second qsl in October.
The following is from qrz.com:

"Dieter DJ2EH has been QRV from Tristan da Cunha, AF-029 since November 
20th. He is active as ZD9T until December 8th".
