[DX] YU6 QSL

[N3XX]

The one I submitted had Kosovo printed on the card, and I submitted it 
thinking it was OK for Serbia.
No problem though - next submission I'll send another card, not Kosovo.

If this is correct then a mistake was made by the DXCC card checker or
person who input the information into the DXCC computer.  QSL cards that
state Kosovo on them count for nothing!  I just got off the phone with NC1L,
who told me this.  If however the QSL says Serbia, because stations from
Serbia can use the YU8 prefix, it counts as YU - Serbia.

On my last DXCC submission, just received back about 10 days ago, I
submitted YU8/S56M (Kosovo)and received DXCC credit for Serbia on a new
band.  The date of the contact was 7 Aug 2008.
Did I make a mistake submitting the card for Serbia credit?
Did ARRL make a mistake in accepting it?
It's not a problem here, since I have other cards I could submit for Serbia
on that band.
