[DX] 1A4A / 1A3A cards

For info,
Following my request more than 8 months ago, I have received today in 
mail the a.m. cards.
Please note :
1/ Some QSO made are not confirmed, without any explanation
2/ Some QSO that never took place are confirmed...
3/ Times of confirmations in some cases have nothing to see with real 
QSO time. In one instance, even date is wrong.
4/ 1 single card confirms contacts with 1A4A and 1A3A on the same QSL, 
without proper identification of which is which.
5/ As a matter of interest, one the confirmations I specifically needed 
was 40m CW, and I had that clearly informed in my request. Funny enough, 
this confirmation is not sent.

Considering this was "direct only" , I wonder what DXCC has to say about 
this kind of QSL practise...

PS A couple of days ago, I got a request for a confirmation of a 7O8AA 
contact (operation in 1990) mentioning "sorry for late QSLing". Needless 
to say, this contact is not in log...
