[DX] RE: Pse - no Up

Up ok for RTTY then?
How about CW?
How about SSB?

I operate mostly CW. 
and here I remain firm and I disagree with "UP".

If you could have one station that would come back and
send the last two and then say "up" that would
be great. Perfect world.

But it seems to never work out that way. Big pileup,
bigger pileup, enough stations calling, 
and you end up with 20 stations sending "UP", "LID"
some idiot starts sending a series of dits, 
and then chaos ensues for awhile. Happens way too
often. Reminds me of those little chimps going
nuts in the beginning of "2001 A Space Odyseey"
Everyone grunting, hootin' and hollerin'.
So then for a while no one knows who the DX is 
coming back to. Many QSO's lost.
VU7 and BS7 weak as they were here,
one guy on frequency - ok, 200 not, just a recent
example of much accidental and intentional QRM.
Is it worse the past few years?? I feel like it is.

I say let the guy send till he figures it out.
Then the filters work,- especially on cw narrowed
and notched!
