[DX] Pse - no Up

I agree with you Vlad. A one second UP can save minutes of a guy calling on
the wrong VFO.
What will reduce the UPs is improved operating practice by the callers.
Certainly everyone makes a mistake once in a while and most learn from them.
I seem to notice many time it's the same guys on the wrong VFO over and over
again.

Sorry, sometimes it IS necessary, just like yesterday. A W4*** station
started calling 3B7SP right on his RTTY freq filling the screen by several
lines containing his call 3 times each. Pauses between his transmission were
not more than 2-3 secs. Obviously the rather weak 3B7SP turned to be
completely unreadable. Somebody else came up and somehow he was explained
that he was wrong. It was exactly the case when the UP works.
No filter or notch will help if there is a 339 DX and 500+20 nearby QRMer
right on his freq.
