They were very loud on 30 meters on my vertical between 1400-1500 UTC this
morning. I worked them at 1421 UTC from Iowa. I didn't hear them at the
predicted evening opening between 2100-2200 yesterday or today. You can't
depend on the prop forecasts, you have to listen for what you can hear at
your QTH. I tracked prop forecasts and listened during every predicted
opening for VU7LD, and I actually worked them on the only two 20 meter
openings I had in some 28 days of listening (1 phone and 1 CW). I never
heard them on any other band. You will have better propagation than I do
here in Iowa, longer openings and more bands. So, you will just have to
listen. There is no shortcut to #1 honor roll. I'm missing BS7.
