All....

I never got any replies from Japan....but Bill Moore of the DXCC desk said
this operation...XZ9A in 1991 was not good for DXCC....

Paul F6EXV, you were 100% correct!....

I guess I'll have to wait another few years to get my XZ on 10 meters...

Has anyone gotten a QSL for this DXpedition?....I sent two "donations" to
the QSL Manager JA8IXN but have gotten no response....

This operation took place in 1991...I QSL'd immediately after the expedition
and again in 2006....nothing....?
