[DX] Introducing AE6RT Beacon

Good day.

Recently I have released AE6RT Beacon, a free, open source distributed
beacon network based on live operator QSOs.

Beacon resembles a DX cluster in its function, but does not include in
its information set the remote callsign.  Its focus is more aligned with
revealing band opening observations based on the two QTH endpoints.

AE6RT Beacon is written in Java and therefore will run as-is on
Microsoft Windows XP, Mac OS X, and Linux.  I hope the community finds
it interesting and useful.

Suggestions for enhancements to the feature set are welcome, as well as
general discussion of how Beacon works.
