[DX] Dxpedition 2006

I know that it is early but now is the time to start thinking about next
year.

Wayne and I have been talking since we got back from our trip to
Swaziland and now we are looking toward next June.

We are looking to arrive on the 6th and depart on the 20th . We hope to
be able to go up to Nampula District and operate from
Mocambique Island if we can get several more to go with us. If we can
get a group of at least 6 (3 for CW and 3 for SSB) and also do PSK and
RTTY we could have a great time. Would be able to take one trailer with
a 18 meter crank up tower and a good beam. Put up the vertical for
80-160 and slopers for 40 and 30 meters. Might put up the 6 and 2 meter
beams for some moon bounce work.

In Swaziland this July Wayne 3DA0KDJ worked over 3500 CW Q's on the
bands even with a large flare that killed them for over 3 days.
I only did about 600 on SSB and 200 on PSK. most of the PSK was on the
last day when 20 popped open and what pile ups.

So think about becoming a member of the team. Do not wait to long.
