Still to early for the cards.  This was in the March 5th issue of The Daily
DX.

" World traveler UA4WHX, Vladimir, has been back from the Pacific isles
tour for just over two months.  He wants everyone "not to panic" about
the QSLs.  The design of the QSLs is just about complete.  Almost all
the cards have been checked against the logs.  He will probably start
sending cards at the end of April, maybe even earlier.  Vladimir has
IRCs for sale.  Anyone interested can contact him via email to
[email protected]."
