I have 100 of the new, large IRCs, however, they're not stamped in any box. They are valid (the stamp is 'optional' but some folks are not comfortable using these. I'll let them go for $1 each in quantities of 25.....else they go to the post office. I do NOT have a sufficient quantity of the stamped ones at this time to offer.
