[DX] New QSL Route: HK3AXY via W2GR

This is to inform the DX World that I am now the Mgr for Daniel HK3AXY for=20
past and future QSOs.

I will be accepting Direct cards to my CBA with the usual SASE,SAE/GS/IRC =20
for return.=20

But as the Buro is working fine in Colombia ..BURO cards should be sent to=20
HK3AXY via the HK3 BURO...Daniel will answer these as they come in...I am=20
taking on the direct cards only for him as his mail is usually pilfered and=20
he has no idea how much mail ends up missing,stolen etc....

Now back to your regular scheduled program....
