[DX] T33RD QSL

I worked T33RD in the 1999 CQWPX contest for a new
country. Have not worked T33 again, so really need
this QSL.  They gave me a QSO number, as that is
required exchange for the contest.  I did not appear
in the on-line log, but sent QSL anyway, with my QSO
number on it, so they could check the log.  No reply. 
Sent another QSL with my QSO number on it, still no
luck.  No "not in log" reply, nothing.  

Can anyone provide any help getting a QSL out of this
station.  I sent it to the OK address in QRZ.COM and
buckmaster.com.  Anyone who can get me a QSL for this
country would get my undying thanks and gratitude, as
I am at 300 confirmed, and have 3 uncofirmed as of yet
(T33, 3C, and E30).  

As an alternative, anyone know of any planned
expeditions to T33 in the near future?  Don't think
there are any permenant operations from there,
correct?
