B) D2 - Angola (and the Luanda Province Group for IOTA)
C) S9 - S. Tom� (Rolas Islet IOTA AF023)
D) C9 - Mozambique (Mozambique Island or Bazaruto for IOTA)
E) VU - India (the Goa State group for IOTA)
