[DX] Unethical Behaviour

Thanks to everyone who responded to my posting this morning. I received =
19 mails in all and out of that 17 identified the guy correctly -- the =
other two made general comments and suggestions. That indicates to me =
that a large percentage of the ham fraternity knows about this guy's =
behaviour. I can only hope that Industry Canada, FCC and whoever else =
has the powers, will take him off the air and rid the bands of someone =
who thinks he can carry on like a tyrant!
