[DX] RE: ARRL BPL VIDEO

I am personally very pleased to see the  recent NTIA comments to the FCC-- 
with a measurement plan. This is VERY, VERY good news for those who are worrying 
about lack of control to QRN/QRM levels from BPL.

On the other hand, the NTIA comments strongly support INSTITUTION of BPL, 
along with the control to satisfy  extant Part 15 users --that includes radio 
amateurs.
