I have yet to see a listing of the areas where the tests are being carried
out.  If we knew that, we could at least determine if any hams are in the
area, and start contacting them for their input.  One or two may be sitting
out there wondering what in heck is going on, and not know what to do about
it.  After all, not everyone (including hams) has computer connectivity, or
hangs out around these groups.  Also, if I am anywhere close to one of these
areas, I would be more than willing to take a swing thru them, with a rig in
the car, plus even get a hotel room in the area and set up my home station
to see what I could determine.  Like everything else today, these things
were all done in semi-secret.  At least they didnt make a big deal out of
them, so the public would know what was going on - expecially the ham radio
public.
