I don't follow. Why is it near field? Why is 15 feet the appropriate
distance? How unidirectional is your antenna? What is the power pattern of your
antenna in the near and far filed? What is your assumed model for crosstalk/cross
mod, etc?
What modulation scheme are you assuming for BPL, that doesn't allow for
rejection of a fairly monochromatic signal, such as SSB; CW; and so on?
