Nice to hear from you.
I am puzzled why my comments are interpreted as an ARRL issue. Its not. Its
an issue of hams presenting facts in support of protection of spectrum.
What, exactly, should we tell our congressman? When one of the aids
investigates, exactly what data should they be given?
Driving --under-- and in the BPL near-field of power lines is not a good
indication of the alleged RFI to hams caused by BPL. Did anyone US hams at
Austin raise their hand when asked if they suffer from BPL RFI? Were they asked?
