the Guinea Dxpedition.

On April 14th at 2300Z there was a station operating on 14260KHz and
listening on 14265KHz.  He stirred up quite a lot of interest and the
operator sounded like he was English.  I thought he might be a ZS based
upon the beam heading.  Does anyone know the callsign?
