[DX] CO8LY Request

Sorry, but EA7ADH does QSL -- I have a 12 meter card from CO8LY for a QSO
last year via that route.  So he's not a "green stamp" collector per se.

If I remember correctly, CO8LY is a physician, so the request is legit.
Sadly, the coda that a previous shipment of medical equipment was
"intercepted" enroute is probably also legit, so an alternate & more
reliable means of shipping may have to be arranged (and probably indirect
through another country, but THAT is another story).

Have experienced similar things with him. Never got a qsl from his qsl mgr
EA7ADH either. Definitely a green stamp collector!
