Six operators will be running two stations, one from the lighthouse itself

ZS1RBN. Operations are planned to start at 1600 UTC on Friday 4 April and
run continuously until 0800 UTC on Monday 7 April. The required validation
information will be sent to WLH after the operation so contacts will count
towards WLH awards.

Robben Island lies in Table Bay, about 12 km off Cape Town and is probably
best known as having been Nelson Mandelas prison between 1962 and 1982. In
1997 it became a National Museum and National Monument and in 1999 was
listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

We look forward to making contact with you from the island.
