[DX] WAP/WML Cluster and more

For those who have wap / wireless devices that can read WML pages, I have put 
together a DX Cluster page, as well as a Callbook search and propagation 
resources at:

http://wap.hfradio.org

If you go there without a WAP device, you will just get the regular home page.  
If you go there WITH a WAP device, you will have a menu of options, and so 
forth.  If you have any problems getting it to work with your device, please let 
me know the GMT date and time that you tried, and the error you are getting.
