[DX] DXing and DX nets

I haven't received my October QST yet, but I beg to disagree.
I think we all would rather work them without nets, but in a few cases
there aren't suitable alternatives. I recall around 20 years ago the
only station in Nepal was 9N2MM and as far as I know, he only worked
the nets (pileups can be a bit intimidating for inexperienced operators
on the DX side). It's a bit like shooting fish in a barrel, but I didn't
hesitate.
I suppose there are some who feel the same about packet clusters,
contests, dxpeditions, etc., as well.
