[DX] DXing and DX nets

John,

I couldn't agree with you more. I know that there are
those who will respond negatively as you have
indicated in the body of your e-mail. However, I
think DX worked is DX worked, as long as you have done
nothing illegal. Like you, I have developed my
listening skills over many years of both ham radio and
SWL Dx'ing. I also run a modest station, running 100
watts into a dipole. I use the DX nets from
time-to-time because it saves time in having to comb
the bands, but I also have worked a great deal of DX
outside of the nets, as I sure you have also.

I may be forever banned as well, but I support using
the ideas and technology that are legally available to
all of us in the amateur community.

73 es best regards,
Gary
