At ER1CW, Vic's request, please note that effective immediately
W4FOA will be handling QSL management responsibilities for ER1CW.
Only direct QSLs should be sent to W4FOA with appropriate SAE/SASE/IRC,
etc.  If you wish to QSL via the bureau, you may
do so via the ER Bureau c/o ER1CW.

We are in the process of transferring logs from ER1CW and QSL cards are
being printed at this time.  Vic and I will do all we can to 
get ER1CW's cards in your hands as soon as possible.  Please feel free
to distribute this information as you wish.
