[DX] Master List of DXCC unaccredited operations?

I don't believe anyone outside of the ARRL DXCC desk has a "master list" of
unaccredited or otherwise unaccepted operatIons.   If memory serves, there
has been reluctance to post such a list in the past, for many reasons
including the fact that some of these entries do change over time, and there
is no guarantees that the many copies that would crop up would also be
updated in a timely manner.

Your best bet is to make your case to NC1L and/or N7NG as to why you feel
this should be posted on the ARRL Web site.

Is there a list anywhere of all the operations that are currently not
accepted for DXCC? It seems I've worked and confirmed many of them and
it's hard to remember which ones don't count for DXCC. A list on the
ARRL Web site would certainly help.
