[DX] last 2 and CW

I have been ignoring stations giving only the last 2, most figure it out
after a while and give you the full call but some never wake-up !

I think I will adopt the 9K2ZZ way, at least you get rid of them !

Using only the last 2 have a special meaning to me, whenever I hear someone
call "CQ DX" I assume they are looking for me, it can get quite hectic at
times with everyone calling me :-)
