The system works to get your foot in the door...Unlike the 14247 DX Net 
where the last
two is used ONLY to get you on the list...The entire callsign and report 
has to be
exchanged without help.Other nets help get the report across by such things as
"You have the first number correct...send the second number several 
times...etc"
