[DX] 5 bander question

Sounds like the wording is correct...AUTHORIZED refers to the bands
authorized for the award,
NOT authorized for amateur use. The award could say AUTHORIZED for 160,
80, 40 and be a
three band award. Hope this meaning is clear.
