[DX] 5 Bander question-update

The current WAC rules are at  http://www.arrl.org/awards/wac/ and you can
also get more info from the current application forms available there.

Note the statement there: "Contacts made on 10/18/24 MHz or via satellites
are void for the 5-band certificate and 6-band endorsement." And the
application shows endorsements for 160, 80, 6M, and 144, 440, 1270MHz, and
nothing for the WARC bands.

So, according to this, the WAC award differs from the DXCC awards and  5
Band DXCC endorsements available, where WARC contacts count.
