[DX] 5 bander question

Got my 5 band Worked all Continents in yesterday. 
Took me only 20 years to earn it-had a little trouble
getting Asia on 80m.  Took only 4 years for the rest
of the contacts.  On the award, it says that it
recognizes that I contacted the 6 continental areas of
the world on THE FIVE AUTHORIZED FREQUENCY BANDS FOR
AMATEURS.  Ok, so what do I do with contacts on the
WARC bands, 160 meters, and VHF/UHF since they
occurred on unauthorized frequency bands for amateurs?
