[DX] Old (pre-2002) IRCs for sale

I have a bunch of the old IRCs (pre-2002, the 'small green ones') for sale.  They're all Airmail, and all correctly stamped.  And, per the UPU, they're good 'indefinitely' as noted in some other posts on these reflectors.
