Yep the bands are not that great...There was a Solar Flare a couple of da=
ys
ago...The latest report from WWV. was solar flux-158..A indice-40..K
indice-4 with high geomagnetic storms occuring...If you like more details=

Also there are numerous email lists where you can recieve the warnings et=

But although the bands been dead to a point there has still been decent
propagation in the mid latitudes for us hr...still had a good qso on ten
meters earlier (weekly sked) with a buddy in California..sigs were good w=
ith
abit of QSB but my sked with a W3 in Penna on ten was a complete wipe owi=
ng
to the cdx....=0D
