[DX] FAX Number For Fiji FCC?

Hi All,

I have been trying, unsuccessfully, to send a FAX to the Department of
Information, Broadcasting and Telecommunications (their FCC), in Suva, Fiji.
The number I am using is:

            011-679-313-747

And all I get is a busy signal (which it may well be but for hours?). Is the
number I have correct or does someone have a better one.
